Yevhen Alekseiev is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Information Security Systems Administration at Укртелеком since May 2020, Yevhen has also contributed as an Information Security Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Yevhen worked at Arta Investment Partners from September 2009 to April 2020 as a System Administrator, and at Караван from October 2005 to May 2009, holding positions as a System Administrator and Software Engineer. Yevhen holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Network Security from National Aviation University, completed in 2006.

Ukrtelekom PAT (until June 17, 2011 Ukrtelecom VAT), is a Ukraine-based telecommunication operator. Its portfolio of services is divided into five business segments: mobile services, enterprises, customers, corporate clients, and operators and providers. Through these units, the Company offers such services as: Internet, local and international telephony, long-distance telephone communication, videoconferencing, long talks, pay-phone service, prepaid VSEsvit card service, as well as digital telecommunication channels, among others. In addition, Ukrtelecom VAT is a co-owner of various international submarine transmission systems, including: APRODITE-2, BALTICA, COLUMBUS III, FLAG, ODIN, SEA-ME-WE 3, UGARIT, and others. It is also a member of TEL and TAE (Trans-Asia-Europe fiber-optical cable system) projects. It provides its services in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. The Company's major shareholder is System Capital Management with a stake of 92.79%.
