Aleksandr Kaloshyn has over 15 years of work experience in various strategic planning and business analysis roles. Aleksandr is currently the Head of Strategic Planning at Ukrtransgaz, where they created the development strategy and business plan for the company. Prior to this, they worked at Naftogaz of Ukraine as a Senior Expert of Department of Strategy and Business Analysis, where they formed the development strategy of Gas Storage and Heat divisions. Aleksandr also improved management reporting, increasing the speed of response to deviations from the business plan.
Before joining Naftogaz of Ukraine, Aleksandr worked at StarLightMedia as the Head of PMO (Transformation) and developed the methodology of financial impact assessment for Transformation initiatives. Aleksandr also provided the Board of Directors with summary Transformation reports.
Prior to their role at StarLightMedia, Aleksandr was the Lead Business Analyst at Eastone Group Limited, where they optimized the expenditures of StarLightMedia and developed a set of financial indicators for budget optimization.
Earlier in their career, Aleksandr worked at Starlight Sales LLC as the Head of the analytical department, where they substantiated annual price increases and developed an optimization model for on-air ads placement. Aleksandr also worked as an Analyst and was responsible for creating new media market assessment models and implementing new standards of managerial reporting.
Aleksandr started their career as a Lead Marketing Specialist at Sphera TV, where they provided analytical support for the entire business and participated in the development of innovative regional advertising projects.
From 2003 to 2008, Aleksandr Kaloshyn attended Kyiv National Economics University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit.
