Victor Novak

From 2005 to 2008, Victor Novak worked as a Team Leader in the IT department at UHT. Victor then moved on to work as a Team Leader in the IT department at Intellecom LLC from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they became the Head of Unit VoIP at JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), where they were responsible for maintaining the corporate telephony system. From 2008 to 2011, they held the position of Head of Unit VoIP at JSC "Bank "Finance and Credit". Victor then joined Bank Forum Commerzbank Group as the Head of Unit VoIP from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Specialist in Unified Communications Cisco at ERC. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Head of Information and Communication Networks Department at EuroBANK. Victor Novak then moved to Unison Bank Kyiv, where they served as the Head of Operational Support Unified Communication Department of Information Technology from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Network&UC Team Leader at Hegelmann Group, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are the Director of the Department of Automation and Communications at Ukrtransgaz since 2021.

Victor Novak obtained their PhD from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where they attended from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold several certifications including CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Collaboration, and APDS-Avaya, which were earned from UTG.
