Holly Barnard has extensive experience in yachting and watersports, currently serving as a Mate on the 80ft Gunboat Catamaran since May 2024. Holly's professional journey includes training through a Superyacht Cadetship at UKSA, which involved mastering various yachting skills and achieving a Yachtmaster Offshore ticket. Previous roles include positions as a Deckhand on a 32m Sail Yacht and with Pangaea Exploration Inc, as well as roles as a Watersports Instructor at Neilson Active Holidays and Loch Insh Outdoor Centre. Additionally, Holly served as Co Manager & Barista at James's at the Putting Green and has experience as a Gym Assistant at Nairn Sports Club. Holly holds a degree in Anatomy & Forensic Anthropology from the University of Dundee (2016-2019) and has a background in competitive rowing as Women's Captain and Rowing Coach at Dundee University Boat Club.

We are a youth education and maritime training charity based in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Our charitable status enables us to deliver so much more than training and certification alone.
