Andy Isaacs serves as the Head of Data & Analytics at UKTV since October 2018, leading the digital data and analytics function to enhance the direct-to-consumer video on demand service, UKTV Play. The focus lies on fostering a data-driven culture across various departments to boost viewing, advertising revenue, and customer engagement. Prior to UKTV, Andy held the position of Group Head of Analytics at Annalect, managing a team responsible for evaluating marketing effectiveness for multiple clients. Experience at the BBC as Head of Marketing Science involved strategic data analysis across the media portfolio, and earlier roles included leadership positions in research and analytics at PPA, Human Capital, IMG, and CB Richard Ellis. Andy holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Social Research from the University of Warwick.
