Philipp Pfister

Philipp Pfister has extensive work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Philipp has worked at UKTV as the Head of Distribution, Commercial, where they led the creation and launch of the BBC On Demand service in Ireland and established strong partnerships for various channels and platforms. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Sales & Distribution Manager at UKTV/BBC Studios.

In addition to their roles at UKTV, Philipp has worked at BBC Studios as a Sales & Business Development Manager, where they focused on the UK and Ireland markets. Philipp also served as a Sales Executive and Sales Support Administrator during their time at the company.

Outside of their positions at UKTV and BBC Studios, Philipp worked as a Producer for a short film called "A Night Out Shortfilm." Philipp also has experience as a University Guest Lecturer at DHBW Ravensburg, teaching B.A. Media Management with a focus on TV & Film Distribution.

Earlier in their career, Philipp worked as a Junior Account Manager at deepblue networks AG and as a Mobile Solutions Developer at mobilant communications GmbH.

Philipp Pfister completed their education in various institutions. In 2007, they attended YWAM University of the Nations, where they focused on the School of Design. From 2007 to 2010, they studied at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Management. In 2015, they attended Leadership College London for the Emerging Leaders Network program, with a specialization in Leadership.
