John David Evans

John David Evans is a Lead Software Engineer at UL Research Institutes with a background in developing GIS applications and database design. Prior to this role, they held positions at University of Maryland Medical System, WSP USA, and City of Baltimore where they led analytics units and directed performance management initiatives. Evans also has experience in construction consulting and project management from their time at Habitat for Humanity International. They hold a Master of Science in Statistics with Data Science from The University of Edinburgh.
