Gerard Luigi Trovela is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR operations, recruitment, and training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at UL Skin Sciences Inc. since September 2021, Gerard manages the entire recruitment process, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, onboarding, and database monitoring. Previously, as HQ Lead Trainer at PH Global Jet Express Inc., oversight of 26 Regional Trainers and comprehensive training operations was a key responsibility.
