Gerard Trovela

Gerard Trovela is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at UL Skin Sciences Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Previously, Gerard worked as a Lead Trainer for PT. Global Jet Express, overseeing regional trainers and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Prior experience also includes serving as Operations Head and HR Lead at AtelierPCA Incorporated, managing HR functions, inventory, and procurement, and working as a Training Officer at Property Company of Friends, Inc., where training programs focused on workplace discipline. Gerard holds a degree in AB-ODSM with a major in Systems and Organizational Development from De La Salle University, completed in 2014.
