Colleen Parhas, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at UL Solutions, starting in August 2023. Previously, Colleen held various senior management roles at UScellular from October 2015 to June 2023, including Senior Manager of Strategic Portfolio Management, overseeing initiatives aligning with business objectives, and leading a team of Business Portfolio Managers. Colleen also managed complex, multimillion-dollar business transformation projects and worked with cross-functional teams to successfully launch UScellular’s new brand. Earlier career experience includes positions at Hallmark Data Systems as a Project Coordinator/Client Relationship Manager and as a Public Relations Coordinator with Dresner Corporate Services, along with an internship at the Social Security Administration. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Illinois State University.
