Daniel Samulis

Daniel Samulis is a seasoned professional in hospitality and food safety management with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as a Lead Program Manager at UL since December 2021 and a Sr. Account Manager at Steritech since March 2023, Daniel previously held roles such as Food Safety Manager at Acme Markets, overseeing food safety policies across 168 locations, and Sr. Territory Rep at Ecolab, where successful relationships were established in the grocery industry. Earlier in the career, Daniel worked in various capacities at Gourmet Italian Cuisine and The Historic Smithville Inn, demonstrating strong leadership in food service operations, staff training, and guest satisfaction. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Stockton University.
