David Miller

David Miller is a dynamic and results-oriented IT professional currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at UL. With extensive experience in project, account, program, and portfolio management, David has demonstrated a proven capability to implement and manage PMOs while leading high-performing teams. Previously, David held various roles, including Technology Advisory Group Manager at UL PURE Learning and Senior Project Manager at MEDecision, where they successfully drove significant business initiatives. David earned an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
