Douglas Brooks

Douglas Brooks, PhD, PMP, is currently the Director of Incubation & Innovation - AI at UL Solutions, where they focus on translating emerging AI trends into valuable service solutions. Brooks has a robust background in research and engineering, having served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where they explored robotics and computer vision for physical therapy. Their experience also includes leadership roles in machine learning at MATRIX and R&D management at Southwest Research Institute. Brooks holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS, and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, all from Georgia Institute of Technology.
