Emilyn Castro

Emilyn (Emy) Castro, CF APMP, has extensive experience in contract administration and management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Administrator at UL Identity Management & Security since December 2014. Prior to this role, Emy worked as a Contracts Administrator at HP SPS from April 2011 to November 2014 and held the position of Manager - Contracts and Commercial at Hyflux / Hydrochem S. Pte Ltd from May 2002 to August 2010. Emy began the professional career as a Senior Site Engineer at LKN Management Services Pte Ltd from 1995 to 2002. Emy holds a degree in Contract Management from San Diego State University, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University in the Philippines, earned in 1992.
