Eric Glass

Eric Glass is a seasoned risk management professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Risk & Safety Manager and Practice Lead at UL since September 2010, Eric is responsible for managing EHS Advisory staff and developing strategies that enhance revenue and cross-selling opportunities for UL’s services. Previous roles include Senior Risk Management Consultant at Risk Management Professional, where Eric provided risk assessment and loss control services, and Risk Consultant III at Federated Insurance Company, focusing on comprehensive risk evaluations across multiple areas. Eric’s career also includes foundational roles in corporate risk management and commercial lines insurance, and military service as an Aviation Ordnance Petty Officer in the US Navy. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Tallahassee State College.
