Eric Smith-Schellhorn

Eric Smith-Schellhorn is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in business communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Communications at UL Solutions since November 2023, Eric previously held leadership roles at ADM from July 2008 to December 2023, including Head of Business Communications and Head of Executive Communications, where responsibilities included speechwriting and presentation assistance for senior executives, along with contributions to sustainability reporting. Prior to that, Eric was an Executive Writer at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., focusing on speechwriting and marketing communications, and held the position of Principal at viaideas, inc., a public relations and marketing firm. Eric possesses a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from Tufts University.
