Gary Thomas

Gary Thomas is a sustainability consultant with extensive experience in ESG strategy and implementation. As the Global Director of Sustainability for CBRE, they led sustainability services across international portfolios and oversaw the development of a range of sustainability solutions, achieving LEED certifications for over 900 buildings. Gary has served in various roles, including Director of Market Development at the U.S. Green Building Council and Director of Sales at Enviros, and is currently a Senior Sales Executive at UL Solutions. They are also a co-author of the USGBC’s “Green Operations Guide” and have presented on sustainability topics globally.
