Howard Jacoby

Howard Jacoby is a Senior Project Engineer at UL, where they utilize extensive experience in product safety and compliance gained over a long career in various engineering roles. Previously, Howard managed the Compliance Department at Jarden Consumer Solutions and oversaw major safety projects, contributing significantly to international compliance standards. They held roles at multiple companies, including Applied Research Laboratories, Hunter Fan Company, and Vector Manufacturing, gaining expertise in UL certifications and safety engineering. Howard earned a Six-Sigma Black Belt and received the Distinguished Service Award from AHAM for outstanding contributions to product compliance. They are now retired but have left a lasting impact in the engineering field.
