Jan Uecker, GTP, CTE, is an experienced Global Travel Manager and Global Process Owner of Travel & Fleet with over 18 years in the industry. Jan began their career as a Sales Manager at American Airlines from 1994 to 2005, before serving as Director of Sales at InterContinental Hotels Group and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson. From 2007 to 2018, Jan held the position of Travel Manager at Lions Clubs International, focusing on global travel purchases and policy management. Currently, Jan is the Global Travel Manager at UL, while also pursuing a BA in Psychology and Special Education at Illinois State University. Additionally, Jan was a member of the Travel Risk Management Committee of the Global Business Travel Association from 2012 to 2022.
