Joe Waters

Joe Waters, PE, MBA, is a Senior Manager of Global Laboratory Safety and Sustainability at UL Solutions, where they focus on ensuring safety and sustainability for people, property, and the planet. Joe has over 24 years of experience at Underwriters Laboratories Inc., where they previously held positions such as Personal Protective Equipment Engineering Manager and Engineering Group Leader. They hold multiple degrees from North Carolina State University, including Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Services Management and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Joe completed the UL Executive Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2018.
