Joel Guthrie

Joel Guthrie has extensive experience in strategic development and corporate development within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Development for Industrial at UL since August 2014, Joel has previously held various leadership roles at the same company, including Director of Strategy & Development for Energy & Power and Director of Corporate Development in M&A. Prior to UL, Joel was with Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities included Manager and Associate positions in Corporate Development & Strategy. Joel began a career in finance at PPM America as an Analyst in Private Equity and also gained experience as a Consultant/Auditor at Ernst & Young L.L.P. Joel holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a degree from Ohio University.
