John Loucks currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Modern Welding Company, Inc. since January 2015, where John has also held positions as Business Development Manager/Code Compliance Officer and Estimator. Loucks has been involved with STI/SPFA since February 2018, contributing to technical panels for standards related to aboveground storage tanks. Additionally, Loucks is a member of the Board of Directors at UL Solutions and has participated in several standards technical panels focused on underground and aboveground storage tank safety and compliance. Involved with the Board of Directors for PEI since August 2021, Loucks is expected to hold this role until October 2025.
