John Niklewicz

John Niklewicz is a seasoned leader in Testing, Inspection, Certification, Quality, and Compliance, aiming to position UL as the premier organization in its field. They have held multiple roles at UL since 1999, including Engineering Leader, Senior Laboratory Manager, and currently serve as Senior Quality Engineering Manager, overseeing regional quality and compliance strategies for North and Latin America. Early in their career, they worked as an Engineering Technician with the Illinois Department of Transportation, where they maintained and installed traffic surveillance systems. John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Bradley University and an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University, along with completing an advanced program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
