Jon Schuette

Jon Schuette is the Quality Assurance Director at UL, a position they have held since 2015. In this role, they oversee the development and maintenance of quality programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation and business requirements while actively improving business results. Prior to this, Jon served as Engineering Manager at Underwriter Laboratories from 1990 to 2015, where they managed departmental budgets, led organizational restructures, and facilitated various Lean Sigma and improvement initiatives. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Dowling College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury.
