Joni Ledinsky

Joni Ledinsky, P.E. serves as the Director of Process Excellence in Field Engineering Services at UL since February 2021, focusing on innovation, processes, and standardization to enhance operational performance. Prior experience includes a role as Superintendent at Johns Manville, where oversight was provided for an EPDM roofing membrane facility, managing multiple reports. Previous positions at USG included Advanced Manufacturing Manager, responsible for corporate profitability initiatives in wallboard manufacturing, and Technical Manager for Grid & Metal Ceilings, where strategic direction and budget oversight were key. Education includes an Executive Education program in Global Leadership Development from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MBA with an emphasis on International Business and Human Resources from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution.
