Jorene Ooi

Jorene Ooi is a senior corporate counsel at UL Solutions, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. They have previously worked as an M&A associate at Cooley LLP and a corporate/M&A associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Jorene gained valuable experience as an intern at the Chicago Appleseed Fund for Justice and as a summer associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Sidley Austin LLP. They earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.
