Joyce de Morais is an experienced engineering leader with over 13 years in investment projects, primarily focused on the energy sector. Currently serving as the LATAM Engineering Leader at UL Solutions, Joyce oversees independent engineering Due Diligence processes for various stakeholders in renewable energy projects across Latin America. With a comprehensive background in developing and implementing large-scale wind and solar projects, Joyce has successfully contributed to over 2,800 MW of installed capacity. Educated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and holding multiple MBAs, Joyce is also completing another MBA in Energy Business Management at IBMEC. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Joyce leads a multidisciplinary team in strategic energy transition efforts.
