Keith Chan

Keith Chan has extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Lab Quality and Operational Excellence at UL Solutions since February 2017. In this role, Keith has progressed through various titles, including Manager of Lab Quality and Operational Excellence and Learning and Development Manager. Previously, from September 2007 to January 2017, Keith was a Business Solutions Partner at UL University, focusing on organizational development and collaborating with executive leadership on business strategy. Keith's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
