Kenneth Pennock

Kenneth Pennock is an accomplished professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in grid solutions and renewable energy forecasting. Currently serving as the Global Director of Grid Solutions and Engineering Manager at UL Solutions since February 2018, Kenneth leads strategic initiatives to grow the Grid Solutions business unit, overseeing business development, project execution, and P&L management. Previously, Kenneth held multiple roles at AWS Truepower, including Director of Grid Solutions and Engineering Leader, where responsibilities included managing global renewable energy forecasting solutions and conducting power grid integration studies. Kenneth's career also includes positions at Bowne Management Systems, Inc. as a GIS Specialist, and Waypoint Technology Group as a Geospatial Consulting Manager. Kenneth holds an M.B.A. from The College of Saint Rose, a Master’s degree in Geography from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Ithaca College.
