Kevin Burns

Kevin Burns is a highly accomplished accounting professional with over 20 years of diverse public company experience, including 5 years as a controller. Currently serving as Global Controller at UL Solutions, they manage a team of 130 employees across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, overseeing global close and consolidation accounting for more than 150 legal entities. Kevin has held key roles at various organizations, including Groupon and Orbitz Worldwide, where they demonstrated expertise in financial systems, international operations, and internal control processes. They earned a BS and MAS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
