Kyle Finan, FMP, SFP, is a strategic facility management professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate and multi-family industry. They have previously served as a Manager of Workplace Operations at Tesla, overseeing critical operations and managing significant budgets while implementing innovative workplace solutions. Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated a strong capacity for driving operational efficiency and leading diverse teams, having held key roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Greystar, and ForRent.com. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama and are currently the Senior Manager of Facilities for the Americas at UL Solutions.
