Li (Sherry) Yao has extensive experience in strategic management and transaction services across various industries. Beginning with roles at KPMG Advisory (China) Limited from 2008 to 2016, Li handled M&A deal management, integrating and separating organizations, and establishing joint ventures. Currently serving as the Greater China Strategy Director for 美国保险商实验室 since May 2017, Li has developed strategic initiatives for growth in the Greater China region while overseeing significant M&A and JV projects. Earlier positions include business development roles at Fiat Powertrain Technology and analytical roles at Captial Eight and AEA Investors. Li holds a BBA from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, and additional education from Columbia Business School.
