Lucy Billings

Lucy Billings serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel at UL since July 2017, where responsibilities include negotiating software licenses, SaaS agreements, and managing data privacy and security agreements. Prior roles include Consulting Attorney at Latitude, focusing on transactions and intellectual property, and Vice President of Legal at Tercica, Inc., where management of all company contracts was key. At CV Therapeutics, Billings held the position of Vice President of Legal - Licensing and Contracts, overseeing the company's contracting function, while at Incyte Pharmaceuticals, roles included Vice President of Licensing and Strategic Transactions, and Senior Director of Intellectual Property, advising on legal matters and gene patent strategy. Lucy Billings earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
