Manuela Ghislanzoni is a seasoned operations manager with over 20 years of experience in the international consumer products service industry. They have held various roles in operations, sales, and organizational development, excelling in planning and monitoring business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Previously, Manuela worked at UL from 2006 to 2014 in several capacities, including Client Service Manager and Key Account Manager. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Operations Manager at UL Solutions, where they focus on strategic business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Manuela earned their degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 1992 and 1997.
