Michael Manrique

Michael Manrique has extensive experience in project management and construction, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bradley University. Currently serving as a Project Handler at UL since October 2011, Michael oversees fire testing projects for international clients. Previously, roles included Laboratory Manager and Engineering Associate at UL, managing testing laboratories and building material evaluation. At Hewitt Horn, responsibilities included managing luxury home construction projects, while earlier experience at Toll Brothers involved overseeing urban infill and single-family home developments. Additional roles at Insignia Homes and Centex Homes encompassed various construction management and purchasing positions, contributing to a robust background in the industry.
