Michael Stoker

Michael Stoker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology, privacy, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at UL Solutions since July 2021, Michael focuses on regional commercial matters. Prior to this role, Michael was a partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP for over two decades, where responsibilities included technology, privacy, security, intellectual property litigation, and international commercial arbitration. Michael began a career in law after obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, following a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University. Early in career, Michael gained experience as a software developer at Information Dimensions, Inc.
