Mohamad Baferani

Mohamad Baferani is a Lead R&D Engineer and Chief Scientist at UL Solutions, bringing their research and engineering skills from their previous roles at the University of Connecticut, G&W Electric Co., and Niroo Research Institute. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, Baferani has a strong academic background and industry experience in the field of electrical insulation research, power transmission, and high voltage systems. Prior to their current position, Mohamad has also served as a lecturer at the University of Tehran.
