Paul Blair

Paul Blair is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical analysis and support. Since December 2014, Paul has served as an IT Technical Senior Analyst at UL Solutions, following roles in various organizations including Technical Support Lead at Lyris and Application Support Analyst at Responsys. Paul has developed expertise in cloud-based email and digital marketing solutions, demonstrating proficiency in customer support, issue resolution, and system configuration. Paul holds a BSc Hons in Computing Science from the University of Greenwich and an HND in Software Engineering from Thames Polytechnic.
