Ranee Adams Valles

Ranee Adams Valles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, finance, and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at UL Solutions since February 2011, Ranee has held various managerial roles, overseeing international certification programs, leading a $17 million global Oracle implementation, and managing significant revenue through the GREENGUARD program. Prior experience includes a Senior Services Manager position at Air Quality Sciences, where Ranee fostered key customer relationships and managed contract negotiations, as well as a Technical Service Representative role at Cholestech, recognized for excellence in customer service. Ranee holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Georgia State University, an MBA from California State University - East Bay, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
