Ravi Singh, MBA, PMP®, serves as the Head of Professional Services PMO at UL, overseeing the ComplianceWire Professional Services PMO since September 2016. Responsibilities include managing PMO operations, leading a team of program managers and project managers, and driving profitability for the department. Singh has successfully established PMO methodologies and governance frameworks while ensuring adherence to corporate policies across global teams. Experience spans roles such as Program Manager and Solutions Architect in professional services, with a focus on SaaS and cloud implementations. Prior to UL, Singh held project management positions at iCIMS and UL PURE Learning, and served as Implementation Manager at SAI Global Ethics and Learning. Singh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Monmouth University.
