Rita Galvan

Rita Galvan is an accomplished Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in industrial hygiene support and program management. Currently serving as the Environmental Health & Safety Program Manager at UL LLC since October 2012, Rita provides global EHS support with a focus on the Midwest and Canada. Previous roles include EHS Specialist at Nokia Siemens Networks, where significant responsibilities included managing environmental compliance during corporate acquisitions, and EHS Specialist at Motorola Solutions, contributing to global EHS management systems and programs. Rita began her career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, establishing foundational industrial hygiene programs. Rita holds a Master’s degree in Technology/Safety from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Animal Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
