Robert Marshall has extensive experience in fire safety and prevention, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Engineer at UL Solutions since April 2025 and as President of the California Fire Prevention Institute, a non-profit dedicated to community risk reduction and fire prevention education, since April 2020. Previously, Robert held key positions at the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department, including Deputy Fire Chief and Fire Marshal from June 2022 to March 2025, and served as Fire Marshal, Fire Prevention Captain, and Inspector at the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District from April 2014 to October 2018. Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science Management from the American Public University System between 2007 and 2013.
