Roy Lamothe

Roy Lamothe serves as Vice President and Corporate Member at UL, where since 2015, leadership in the Program Management Practice focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes for newly acquired businesses, emphasizing cultural assimilation through Change Management and achieving compliance with Global Business Systems. Prior to UL, Roy was President at Bayside Motion Group, overseeing full P&L and commercial activities, and played a pivotal role in the 2005 sale to Parker Hannifin. Additionally, Roy held the President position at Rexnord Corporation, managing the manufacturing and distribution of power transmission components, and served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Stowe Woodward, responsible for multiple manufacturing operations in North America. Education includes participation in the UL Executive Leadership Program at Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Bryant University.
