Ryan Bahleda

Ryan Bahleda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and research within the building materials and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Executive at UL Solutions since November 2025, Ryan previously held various positions at CertainTeed, including Code and Compliance Manager and Senior Research Engineer, where responsibilities included managing code approvals, R&D projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at USDA, overseeing regulatory projects and managing a team, as well as research and laboratory positions at DuPont and Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
