Sam Hsu

Sam Hsu is an experienced professional in the field of Global Market Access, currently serving as the Regional Manager at UL International Singapore Pte Ltd since July 2012, overseeing operations in ASEAN, South Asia/India, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, Sam held various engineering positions at Underwriters Laboratories Taiwan Co. Ltd. from September 2001 to June 2012, including GMA Engineering Manager for Greater China and Taiwan, as well as Engineering Manager and Safety Engineer, with a focus on product safety engineering. Sam Hsu earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from National Cheng Kung University from 1992 to 1996 and completed high school at Taipei Municipal Chien Kuo High School from 1989 to 1992.
