Samina Hasan

Samina Hasan is an accomplished Quality Assurance Lead and Engineering Leader at UL, with a career that began in November 1994 and continues to the present. Samina manages a team of 17 engineers, including 10 remote staff members, and has successfully created a high-performing team while collaborating with global teams. Core responsibilities include business development, IEC standard harmonization, GMA (Global Market Access), project management, revenue growth, and oversight of hiring and payroll processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math and Statistics from Stony Brook University, completed between 1992 and 1994.
