Sara Kao

Sara Kao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, human resources, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at UL Solutions since November 2023, Sara previously held the position of Manager, Talent Development at CMP Group, where responsibilities included HR policy design, labor law compliance, and talent acquisition. Prior roles include Investment & Lending Project Manager at the International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF) and Economic Reform & Development Entrepreneurship Summer Associate at The Asia Foundation. Additional experience includes serving as Investor Relations Officer at Prince Housing and Development Corp. and managing international organizations and conferences at the Office of International Affairs, National Taiwan University. Sara holds a Global MBA from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from the same institution, along with an exchange program at the University of Melbourne.
