Simin Zhou

Simin Zhou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, and sustainability, currently serving as the Global Head of Strategy, Development and Sustainability at UL Solutions since 2008. Zhou has successfully led the Sustainability Product Management Team and founded UL Ventures, achieving multiple investments in impact-related startups. Prior roles include VP of Strategy and Enterprise PMO, where corporate strategy focused on knowledge and information, and VP & GM of Appliances, HVAC/R & Components Business, managing a $130M P&L. Additionally, Zhou participates in multiple executive committees at The Conference Board and holds membership positions in Conduit Connect and Hyde Park Angels, along with impactful roles in various investment initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
