Steve Frederiksen, MBA, currently serves as the Manager Global Process Owner for Credit at UL Solutions, where responsibilities include designing the Credit organization, managing resources, and overseeing global process development. As the Founder and Director of Leadership for Executives in Credit & Collections in the Chicago Area since 2011, Steve engages in networking, industry research, and discussions. Previous roles include Manager of Credit at Baxter International Inc., where Steve managed a $350 million trade Accounts Receivable portfolio, and Senior Manager of Loss Prevention, Collections, and Recovery at Alliant, overseeing loss prevention for an $8 billion organization. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ArjoHuntleigh, Material Sciences Corporation, and RR Donnelley. Steve holds an MBA in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.
