Tom Caldicott

Tom Caldicott possesses extensive experience in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at UL since May 2013, Tom has been instrumental in leading initiatives for UL 360 ESG Data and Reporting, as well as holding previous roles including Product Manager and Team Lead for Professional Services Consultancy in Sustainability. Prior to UL, Tom worked at The Carbon Trust as a Footprint Solutions Associate from September 2008 to July 2013, and briefly as a Sustainability Analyst at PepsiCo in 2007. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Bath, with a focus on CSR, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
